Collected from the airport by Catriona, Diane, Margie and Alasdair. Their welcome notices were wonderful and brought a wee tear to my glass.

A short trip to central St.Helliers for a very welcome caffeine based beverage and catch up with the family C. We were determined to stay AWAKE despite the 30 hour journey so after a freshen up and change, we set off to meet Heather and Kirk for dinner at Crab Shack.
It was so wonderful to see them and looking so well and happy.
A wonderful first day in NZ.
