Gate du Nord

Up and out of bed at an unwelcomely early hour today. Then a quick bus trip across Paris to the Gare du Nord to catch the Eurostar back to Ebbsfleet. It was so early that it was still dark when we arrived to check in. All the better for viewing this fabulous illuminated statue on the station forecourt.
