Hannah

Day dawned with yet another Wanaka inversion, meaning grey gloomy weather in the valley, but fine, sunny conditions in the mountains!

Hannah was still complaining of a sore foot, so we "took the bait" and decided to take her for an x-ray. She suddenly wasn't so keen! So we split into two parties, a ski team, and a hospital team, who had to go to Queenstown. Being non-medical I was naturally part of the ski team fortunately and we had a great morning up the mountain.

Around 1.30 Hannah and Mum joined us and we had a nice ski. Funny, straight from the x-ray to the slopes ;-)

An early finish for some as we had to get to the Cardrona pub, for some new skis, as well as a beer; and Hannah came down with Robyn and I. Here we are skiing Queenstown return, I think she weas happy to be up here, had a good time, but maybe also was glad for a short day. Regardless, she did well!

The usual. Beer at Cardrona, back to the house, a spa and wine, dinner, photos and video, bed!
