Up the Hill
2.9C grey and dull. Dry. Zephyr.
This morning I got the fold out ladder from the garage, took it round to the front of the house and cleared the gutter above the living room window.
Maeve the Deerhound and I went for a walk after lunch. Eagles on the Nano (Long Road out of Eden). We went up to the church then continued out along the country road to Scryne. A tractor was being driven slowly along the road trimming the hedges. What a mess they make, and the hedges look wrecked.
We turned right at Craigmill farm and went down the track to the shore road. The track wasn't too muddy. In the field to the right of the track the bales were all lined up parallel to the wall. When we had reached the cycle track by the shore road I heard the farmer come down the hill with his forklift and he began to pick up the first of the bales to take back up the hill to the farm buildings.
We walked along the cycle path to Westhaven then carried on round in a loop heading into Carnoustie and up the main road before turning along for home.
Later I brushed Maeve. Its all go here.
