Ahead of Target

Yesterday saw me out in Stirling for my run. I head out to Stirling 3 times a week or so. It's the only place within my local area where I can get an early morning swim. I say local but it's a 30 mile round trip.  It also means I need to get up at between 0345 - 0400 depending on what distance/speed my planned run is going to be. Yesterday I ran 12k at a steady pace. Tried to control my pace and hit roughly the same splits per mile as the terrain is flat.

Breakfast was sushi. Weather was chilly buy dry

This morning saw me reunited with the original early morning crew - G man and Taliban Joe. Interval session today. Short interval sessions are my least favourite form of speed work. Give me Croy Hill reps or mile reps any time.

Cold and dry once again. Breakfast was scrambled egg with pancakes.

Running 8k home from work tonight and will take a day off tomorrow.
