Mono Monday: Tradition - Marmalade Making

The Mono-Monday challenge today is "Tradition".

It's traditional to make marmalade in January when the Seville oranges from Spain become available, so my Editor is about to do so.

She likes to measure out the sugar using a traditional set of weighing scales, rather than the new-fangled digital ones. She also likes to work in traditional pounds and ounces rather than grams (well, the latter are tricky to work in when one's brass weights are in traditional units).

I'm already looking forward to my breakfasts with renewed enthusiasm...!
