Pizza baking steel
Leevi crafted us a pizza baking steel (that weights 11 kilograms!) for Christmas present and today we tested it. The dough was done on Thursday, first it rose at room temperature for 10 hours and then it rose in refrigerator 3 more days. The special efforts were worth it, pizzas were great!

Me and Emma visited Sara Hilden Art Museum's exhibition Women’s Weapons: Lipstick & Tears? The collection exhibition was very diverse and we were please we went - this was the last opening day. Mine favourite work was a painting of Elina Merenmies: Olen saanut tarpeekseni.

I also took some frosty photos at Tammerkoski rapids and Emma bought two pullovers. It was an A class trip! Couple of extra photos added.
