Classic Robin in the Snow

About a foot of the white fluffy stuff fell today and most of the birds stayed well out of it except for this hardy robin.

There was so much snow, the trees were shedding small avalanches as we cross country skied this afternoon(see extra). Apparently there has been a huge avalanche into Diablerets village, no more details available yet. Stay safe if you are in the Alps.
