Wonder Woman

Ruth has always enjoyed active sports, mostly the mildly dangerous kind.  Although now confined to a wheelchair Ruth has not lost her enthusiasm!  Dan, the climbing instructor at OPEN in Norwich has lots of experience with disabled climbers, being one himself and offered to help Ruth get back on the wall.  

Needless to say she cannot wait for the next time!

A very full day for all of us also included Hydrotherapy for Ruth, a trip to Theatre Royal and the Panto for Amy, lunch at Pizza Express, work this evening for me ... oh and a flat battery just to complicate the various travel arrangements.  (Not a dead battery - just one flattened by the boot light staying on all night.)
