Sea of green

First chance to get out for a walk in a long time. It was a grey but warm lunchtime and I had a good insect-spotting walk. Not many damsel flies around but a couple of butterflies and lots of ladybird larvae, hoverflies and bees. This small cricket was hidden in a sea of green.

Good news from M-in-law. A blood transfusion has made her feel better and she should be home for the weekend.
