Chef Demo.....Taste of Dublin...

This is a shot of my favourite chef in the world (ever) as he says himself... I had the great pleasure of seeing him do a demo tonight at the Taste of Dublin festival....
He is swinging a shoulder of the very best of Irish lamb from County Wicklow, which he showed us how to prepare and cook in his own inimitable way....
He also made a Guinness cheesecake (odd or what, he used the can of Guinness instead of cream) and unusual as it sounds it actually tasted quite nice........it was a recipe he designed especially for his first ever cooking demo in Dublin...
OOOh bliss, I was in 7th heaven...........
