wanted: olive branch

Maybe being a dove with red tail feathers makes you "a bit of a character2, but this dove was doing some posing in next door's garden - first a bit of pole dancing around the bird feeder and then throwing some shapes like this.
Work was a bit dull, but I managed to get away at 4.30pm and have a cup of tea with the friend who had kindly collected my prints from the sorting office. They're for the photography competition at the village fete tomorrow, and I still need to mount them, so I'd better go now.
We've been out this evening to a concert of choral music in Woodstock church then to the pub with friends from the audience.
