New Cameras Getting Wet

I had my new camera out today, so had a student on our Photography Course. The weather was forecast to be fine after ten so we headed off down to Ullswater. We were part way through our session when the rain started. I went for the brollies. Then it hailed.

I took a few hand-held shots of the location then we headed quickly off to do shutter control and silky water. By that time it really was pouring down, so back to the studio!

As we headed back to the car we saw another poor soul with brolly, tripod and camera trying this view in even worse weather. This time it wasn't Kaybee's  friend getting wet.
