Scraping the barrel

As my dear departed mother would have said, "It's a sair fecht" when blippers have to blip old photos.

This was taken 30+ years ago and shows my mother (and me) shortly before she became ill, started to lose weight and look gaunt. I don't like looking at those photos, but this one has always been a favourite of mine.
