parkrun record

There was a new record turnout for St Albans parkrun today, probably something to do with new year's resolutions about improving fitness. Most of the course is on paths, but there were a number of very slippery bits and quite a few people found that their new running gear got rather muddy. This is the queue for barcode scanning - it's this process that enables parkrun to provide a time and finishing position online for every runner. (photo courtesy of Jennie Albone)
