AAAAARRRGGGGHHHH! Anaglypta!
On yet another dreary day, I forgot to think of my Blip until almost too late and thought about assembling my latest frog collection but then decided on something in the living room.
So here we have a rather unusual lamp - actually it's not that unusual as I have another exactly the same on the other speaker - a little pyramid from Egypt from my pal Chris from Birmingham Council and one of my Joe Bonamassa bobble heads! I have another JB - a different one wearing a black suit and no Marshall amp - on the other speaker. In a weird way I am quite evenly balanced..... Hmmmm.
It's only when I got the picture onto my PC that I noticed THAT OLD wallpaper. How embarrassing! I remember Keith Kirkham Painter and Decorator (so his van said) putting up that in 1986 when I was 15. It was the school holidays and being the age I was, I quite fancied Keith.*blushing furiously* Keith was really old and sophisticated, at least 32 I think. The admiration was rather one sided, as you can imagine. Indeed, I poisoned the poor man with copious amounts of tea. It's a wonder his bladder didn't explode. Oh well.......
Enough of this embarrassment and waffle! Here is today's track from the fabulous Joe Bonamassa. I was tempted to add 'The Great Flood' in tribute to all the dratted rain but instead have A version of Sloe Gin
