Future plans

Our nearest town, Leatherhead, has always been a low key town and in recent years, despite various efforts by the local council, it seems to be getting worse. Now there are expensive plans to completely turn the town around. Town planning experts have been brought in and the residents have been consulted. A fortune us to be spent. I studied the plans in detail on the council's website and they seem good to me.
Today the plans were displayed in our village hall. I was disappointed to hear the moaners who found problems in every idea. "It doesn't really matter to us" said Normous. "It won't be done in our lifetime!"
