Beach Snoozer

After yesterday's day of decadence, we were all happy to make the most of the sunshine and spent the day on the beach.

Whangamata really is a great beach town - the beach is great, with an estuary that creates little hot pools when the tide's out. You can ride the river all the way out to the sea, without there being any nasty rips.

I got well back into boogie boarding though.
I also read my book and had a nap.

Anyone would think I'm on holiday!
