Mono-Monday: Beginning

“Here’s to the New Year, with the promise of things that have never been and another chance to get it right.”  A fresh start, a clean slate….. “Beginning (s).”

We had a lovely beginning last May when #3 son was married to his lovely wife.  In December, they gave us this beautiful framed photo of all of us on that very special occasion..... a  reminder for always of their “Beginning.”  I thought the texture of the frame would lend itself well to this and I got some more use out of the calla lily. 

This week’s Mono-Monday Challenge is “beginnings.”  Please feel free to interpret it literally, figuratively, and be as creative as you like…or not.  As you know, the only rule for Mono-Monday is an image in monochrome with at least a loose association to the theme…so really anything goes.  

Tag your image MM102.  Be sure to test your tag link a little while after posting and make sure that it is getting picked up.  If it isn’t, leave me a message in comments so I can be sure not to miss it.
