Over

Well, that's it then! Tree dismantled, baubles carefully wrapped and packed up, decorations retrieved and boxed - always one is overlooked and has to be added afterwards. Christmas is over for another year and the house can get back to normal again. A little sad, but also a bit of a relief as well.
 
These are two presents that will stay with us for a while. Brought back from New Zealand by our daughter and son-in-law. They actually stayed on Waiheke Island where the Olive Oil comes from. And of course they had to sample the wine before purchasing and then going to the trouble of getting a bottle back to us. Thank you so much both of you.
 

And it's raining again! Gordon has been watching the cricket from Cape Town and remembering why we once planned to spend every January there!
