The thing about January...

is that I find it so öde!  I learned this new German word today - inspired by this view.  Öde means bleak.  Yes, for me bleak January the hardest part of winter to get through.  Maybe the sun will shine tomorrow and the sky will be blue and then it won't seem so bad!
