Almond Cake with Chocolate Ganache

My Editor created this lovely cake for a post-Christmas party.
The cake is made of almond flour and the frosting is a chocolate ganache.
She candied the orange and lemon peel herself and wound the little lemon pieces around a finger to give them just the right amount of curl.  Oh, and BTW, it tasted absolutely delicious!
