This is number 1 Gunwharf Quays here in Portsmouth, otherwise known as either, East Side Plaza Tower or Gunwharf Tower Building, but locally known as The Lipstick.
The Lipstick is a Postmodern, 101 mtr (331ft) residential building with 26 floors.
