Reflected Dawn

I knew that I would be spending a good chunk of today driving, taking Mum back home, so I went out early for some dawn shots by the river. It was spitting with rain when I arrived and there was lots of cloud cover, so it didn't bode well for a sunrise, or even an interesting sky. However, I waited a while, chatting to another photographer, and gradually the cloud began to break up a little. There was no pink glow, and certainly no sign of the sun itself, but the sky became much more interesting and looked particularly good reflected in the river.
