Tiny Tuesday - Golden Shield Lichen

We went on a lovely walk in the sunshine down the 'hay bales' and up the 'dead lizard walk'. Although it's sunny the wind is fresh but it's so nice to have winter sunshine. We're making the most of it as there's rain on the way with Storm Frank due to hit UK and Ireland overnight!!

Saw this lovely lichen on a small bush on the first part of out walk and have found some interesting information about it here.
