Cygnets

Another day working in Derby today and as usual I strode out to Alvaston Park at lunchtime. The coot that I blipped on May 14th still sits on an empty nest and the goslings that featured on May 28th and June 13th have grown up.

I came across this delightful family of five cygnets though. They swam right up to me as I snapped away with my camera and in the end I felt quite guilty as I'm sure they were expecting there was tucker on offer.
