Transport selfies

We had a day out in Cambridge today. We took the train and the children loved it. Especially little A as he adores anything with wheels! Once we got of the train we then jumped on the bus into the city centre. A couldn't believe his luck, a train and bus ride both in the same day!

We had a look around the shops. I wasn't expecting It to be quite so busy. The queues to pay were miles long. The children were great though and were both very well behaved (with the help of some gingerbread men in John Lewis!) We had some lunch and then we took the children down to the river to see the boats. P really wanted to go out on one but it didn't seem like a very good idea with two little ones. A then slept in his pushchair and we had a coffee and made our way back to the train station.

It's been a lovely day. A great way to end the holidays before Mr J has to do some work tomorrow.
