Cuddles With Rachel

The health visitor came this morning to do baby massage with Alf. He was very good and despite being fully naked there were no accidents and Alf loved it. I tided up and headed over to the retail park to meet up with Rach and Nia for lunch. I managed to get the last bit of my shopping done and the clouds even parted so I managed to dry off on the walk home.
