Rising Water

In common with a lot of blippers today I feature water in my shot(s). The rain has been persistent and there were some particularly heavy downpours on our way home from our Christmas away.

When the rain stopped I went out with Finlay for our walk - and everywhere just seemed to be oozing water. There were lakes and rivers where I have never seen them before.

This shot is of the cattle ramp in the village (previously blipped in drier times). Hope they have good waterproof seals in that window.

Included an extra of one of the footpaths where the drainage channels had overtopped the path - we didn't venture through. Also included a shot of some of the flooded pigsties, although there were a few pigs out in the higher pens.
