Traditions

It's been a gentle kind of a day with a leisurely start, lunch at home with Rich's parents and niece, followed by a walk down the canal, finding sunshine after rain. A lovely time.

Rich's family always have a big get together and here's three generations doing some evening prep over wine and tea before a Christmas lunch for ten tomorrow.

This evening necessitated a fast march with the dog while the blokes picked up the Chinese takeaway with a pre-dinner drink at the pub. 

I was invited. But I needed air.
