Richmond and London

Photo of a boathouse in Richmond where we finished off our first full day.
We'd had an early start, breakfast at Bill's which is now our favourite!
Decided to avoid all the shops in the city and caught the bus to the Imperial War Museum (see extra photos).
Passed the Michelin Tyre building, I love all the artwork, tiles and images.
Had a text message from our Sailor who met up with us. After a bit of a chat over a cup of tea we decided to take a train from Waterloo out to Richmond. Lots of nattering, walking along the Thames and generally having a nice relaxing time.
Said our goodbyes (until tomorrow) then caught train to Earl's Court and dinner in Masala Zone - rather disappointing, also off our favourites list!!
Weather is unseasonable warm, we had to sleep with windows open ...
