Xmas cake

I spent the evening constructing our Xmas cake. I made it weeks ago and had been feeding it lots of nice brandy. I was v chuffed with it, tho it was rather overshadowed by A's snowdog created from the left over marzipan. We'd watched snowdog and I suggested he make one to sit next to the chocolate log (made by Asda) ... Next year he's on cake decorating duty as it's fab!
