Merry Christmas

It's been a lovely day with plenty of sunshine :)  There was a few showers this morning but they soon passed.  It's a lovely calm night, chilly but no complaints when the skies are fairly clear and plenty of moonlight.

I slept a bit longer than planned but finally got going and off out with Sammy for a big morning walk.  I headed down to see Granny in the early afternoon.  I spent the afternoon in Scalloway at friends Madeline and Big Brian's for my Christmas dinner.  The dinner was delicious and swallowed done with nice wine, good friends and a few beers with music after.  It has been a lazy night at home.  I have managed to get out again with Sammy and might even drag myself off the sofa and go visit friends.

Off I set to go see Granny before I had my lunch.  I was thinking I might have just seen granny but my dad's sisters were along to have Christmas dinner with her, and always great to see the family.  A big Merry Christmas to the staff at the care centre too :)  L-R - Uncle John (Halcrow), Auntie Joan (Halcrow), Uncle Tom (Stove), Granny Lorna, Auntie Alma (Stove) and family friend Hilda Halcrow.  Taken at the Overtonlea Care Centre, Levenwick.

A Merry Christmas to all my friends and family and my Blipfoto friends too :)
