Friday: The Entwined Parsnip

We started the day by having to entertain the boiler engineer for over an hour as we have had no hot water since yesterday.  He wasn't able to fix it completely but has managed some bypass set up which should last us until Monday.

Anyway, as you would expect today was all about eating - we had a most excellent dinner, mainly courtesy of K. who whisked up a feast.  

Thought you might like to see our intertwined parsnip.  And, yes, it was gloriously sunny today and fairly warm.  At one point, we were sitting having our drinks in the garden.
