Delph aka Christmas village

I missed Manchester (I get cravings for the city!) so before we went to a party at my sisters, I persuaded Angus to drive us in for a quick mooch and a bite to eat.

Which was lovely as it was all Christmassy and Squidge loved it. We bought new pyjamas for Christmas Eve (a family tradition) and Angus swapped a present for his Mum under my guidance!

We had loads of time to get up to Jo's. Or so we thought. But then everyone finished work at the same time. And hit the road at the same time. Two hours later....

We arrived in Delph, or Christmas village as I call it. It's so pretty. Jo's only just moved in but she has decorated her house at record speed. And it looked gorgeous. We had Gluhwein and canapés and met all her lovely neighbours. She had even organised a treasure hunt (which Squidge loved) in the gardens with torches.

Angus got to talk to my brother in law James for an hour about the new Star Wars film so he was happy.

Then home to wrap MORE presents. It's endless.
