Day in the Bay

So, lots happened in 24 hours. Some people got flooded out of their houses, some people were worried about the earthquake, some used buckets, some had to get out in the pouring rain to prevent their houses from serious flooding, others were asleep and had weird dreams.

Then this morning on the way to work (7.30am start) I nearly crashed myself into a tree as I got sort of stuck in the muddy grass while I was trying to watch the awesome colours of the sun rise. This evening there was a massive moon, and I stood outside trying to take photos with my boys hip-hopping next to me on their bare feet in the cold, calling out "this is amazing!!!!" In the corner of my lens I spotted a neighbour reversing a whole "!@#$%^&" bus on his driveway. He must have taken up a bus drivers job or so.
