Angel Shop

This angel shop has been a gift and a burden this advent.
A gift to busy parents looking for a free activity that they can engage in with their kids.
A gift from the artists of Geelong by painting those beautiful faces.
A gift of time with an activity that could last a quick 5mins to an hour.
A gift of an opportunity to get Christians out of their churches into the city and to have fun!
A gift to myself and my co-conspirator, Peter, in following our big dreams of projects and realising them.
And the burden?
Och! So my Christmas prep was hijacked both in parish and family, but I never grudged walking into that shop with volunteers and families up to their elbows in glitter. Burden? Not really.

No, not really.
