Street of Light, Royal Mile, Edinburgh

The full title is "Virgin Money Street of Light" which I thought spoilt the heading. The light show was accompanied by various choral renditions of a classical nature. Very powerful and a very dynamic show which is impossible to capture on a single frame.

Before the show we went to a Middle Eastern restaurant for an early dinner. Very enjoyable and tasty it was too.

I went running in another monsoon but thoroughly enjoyed the challenge, rather annoyingly the clouds dispersed and the sun came out as I finished.

In the afternoon we indulged in more food at John Lewis before dropping in at Valvora and Corrola delicatessen for a look around at their display of foods and wines.

Then it was on to Marks and Spencer for wine before a quick smooch around Edinburgh's Christmas market.
