Bowling, looking good.....

Bowling and a pizza today down at the Corn Exchange in Slateford. Came second in the first game where David hit 3 consecutive strikes to score his first ever turkey. (Apparently)

Got my eye in on the second game and was well ahead when the time ran out and the pizza arrived. Despite Susan's stylish pose her technique was less than perfect and she struggled to trouble the scorers.

Barbara and David headed off while we walked back to Balerno along the Water of Leith, a good 7 mile stroll punctuated by sharp blustery showers.
