Presents from colleagues

I'm not able to accept presents from people who have been horrible to me during the year, they do it to make themselves feel better, I'm not helping them.

I can't accept this from you, we are not friends.
But, I don't want to treat you any different to anyone else!
Well you have for the last 18 months, so it's not a problem today.

Of course I felt bad afterwards.
