Garden Surprises

It rained hard all night and finally broke around noon to sunny skies. People looked a bit forlorn and everything looked soaked, but we were warm and comfortable on the boat.

After the sun came out I walked up to the garden and it looked so different than I had left it 2 weeks ago. Some flowers were totally gone, replaced by new growth, and so many surprises. The insects were out and busy getting their daily stores...I loved the look of this flower and the fly that was visiting.
