Old Blue Eyes

We made the trip north today to the boat...long ferry lines and we were glad we were 2 hours early for the sailing! We arrived in Friday Harbor abt 3:15 and spent the next couple hours transporting stuff from car to boat...always lots of work! Cloudy and misty here, and may rain tonight, but I think we are heading to better weather;)

I saw this cormorant at Anacortes while waiting to leave...I was so excited to see his eyes were such a beautiful blue and his feathers so reflective!
