Light and dark
A two steps forward, one step back day. Jackson has another cold so no tank today and it sent him a bit low. At least it was the shortest day to have a slightly rubbish one.
I put my bonus home time to good use by wrapping Boxing Day presents (my brothers and their families) and some more shopping. Making some decorations with Anna. Walking the mutt. And a bit of remembering things I've forgotten and forgetting them all over. And buying up the world's supply of fish oil as Carl has found details of a new regime for the boy to take which involves 36 tablets a day! There is mounting pressure for him to come out the other side with some form of super power.
And a lovely long catch up with my work associate in the States who I haven't spoken to in far too long. We work really well together and possibly the only thing missing is the opportunity for regular cups of coffee catch-ups. Still Skype helps.
No idea what the day will bring tomorrow but the night will see my long anticipated work Christmas bash so expect the glamour quotient to increase considerably.
I didn't take any photos until this evening and so I took this shot of the local Christmas decorations when Anna and I took Albi for a walk. It wasn't that late but Anna isn't used to walking at that time and it was interesting to see her unfamiliarity with very familiar locations.
