Qwacking Cwistmas!

After an early bright sunrise, the clouds had rolled in by 10am and then the rain came down hard for about 4 hours!

So it was a drive to Lidl for some fresh bread, and one or two other bits and pieces. Hub bashed his head really hard, getting out of the car, I won't tell you what he said (!!) but he wasn't happy :-/

More laundry today, the tumble drier has been going like the clappers (!) but at least it's all done now. We've had soy and honey glazed salmon, with a spicy tomato scheuzwan veggie stir fry, with Singapore noodles. I did put a couple of extra chillies in it too!

after dinner we went for a walk around our estate, to look at everyone's Christmas lights and decorations...of course I took my camera! My friends daughter said that our estate must be visible from space at this time of year ;-)

This blip is of two slightly over the top houses over the far side from where our house is, they face the pond in the middle of the estate, and if you look closely, you will see the ducks on the water in the foreground.
