Dusk

A nice walk in the woods after lunch which ended with a beautiful sunset and was only spoiled by almost being run down by some thugs hooning around on trail bikes which thoroughly churned up the already muddy narrow path........hubby was ready to commit murder, so good job they eventually disappeared but it did give us quite a turn :-(


Have any of you recently acquired a 'pay as you go' phone? We need to buy one for MiL as she is virtually housebound now and last night started having problems with her landline, which put her in a panic. I have done some research and they nearly all appear to have to have credit added monthly now.....unless I'm reading things wrong, which is highly possible. MiL will probably never even use it but we need a way to contact her if her phone line should fail again, so we just need a cheap phone for emergencies. What's the point in saying a phone is 'pay as you go' if you have to pay a monthly amount?.........sounds like daylight robbery to me!!
