New Brighton Pier

We have had another wonderful day in Christchurch.  Our morning started by attending a cute little country church, then after lunch we headed off on a Tiki Tour.

First stop was The Tannery, where there were lots of Boutique Shops.  The buildings used to be part of a Tanning works, so was nice to see the buildings used for a different purpose.  We then drove out to New Brighton, had a walk along the beach, then out to the end of the pier.

My daughter and I are heading back to Wanaka by bus in the morning, it will be nice to be home for Christmas.
