White butterfly
I sat out in the sun on a chair near the lavender this afternoon hoping for a bee. The wind came up and the bees wouldn't settle but a butterfly did.
It was very burnt out on the right wing but I tried several things in Lightroom including using a Region option. It has worked to a degree but maybe those more experienced could tell me if there is a way to balance up the whiteness when you have burnt one wing out and the other not.
I nearly went with the Lychnis chalcedonica or maltese cross, as it was in the shade with a little filtered light on it but in the end decided on the butterfly.
