A New Water Feature

Out on our walk today I spotted this new pool of water - in a field that I have never seen flooded before.

It actually extends to the right quite a bit, across the footpath right into a field of elephant grass. Needless to say we turned around at this point. I was quite taken by the tree reflection - but without a tripod I couldn't get a long enough exposure to completely smooth it out.

I also found another patch of fungi - nestled in a tree. We do seem to have plenty around this year. I have included it in extras, I had to use some flash as it was so dark in the woods
