Almost a sunrise

The pink tinges to the clouds above me as I drove to work was enough to divert me into a local park to see if a sunrise might present itself.

This was as colourful as it got in pre-dawn light, struggling to read the display on the camera and putting focus down to luck.  I should have waited for sunset, which was less colourful but more interesting with high clouds spreading into interesting shapes.  Regrettably I was sitting in the office as the colours peaked and wained.
