Daffodils?

What's this? 16th December and daffodils out in full bloom? Very mild today - around 15C and mild tonight when we went out to Ashford to see a Christmas concert by the band St Agnes Fountain, named after a line in Good King Wenceslas.

They're a band of accomplished musicans in their own right including Chris Leslie from Fairport Convention who have toured to packed houses for the past 15 Christmases with their own take on traditional carols and songs they've written themselves.

Next up is Friday evening in Edinburgh when we're going to see the great Phil Cunningham with his Christmas party, with his pals inclding Karen Mathieson (Cappercaille) John McCusker, Eddi Reader and Ian Carr, should be a good evening.
